There was an issue with getting my prescription and not only did Dr Paul and his staff contact me and apologize they refunded the overage cost on the rx. I was so shocked and impressed at the way things were handled. Most impressed. Cannot say enough for the amazing positive experience!

I never regret going in for help. Paul is the best. He's helped me through every sort of malady over years. I once sewed my finger and the needle broke off in my nail bed. He fixed that. I recently got stung by a mountain of red ants. He fixed that. I appreciate the top-notch care and the professional operation over there.

I arrived at about 1 in the afternoon and there was no one there. I got called in within a few minutes. Briana and all others were awesome. Very knowledgeable and caring. I will be using this urgent care from now on.

Went on a Sat morning and although busy got in soon. Decisively diagnosed and solution made available. Followed up with meds and now 3 days later all better

No long waits for covid tests before seeing the dr like at another local urgent care so we were out within an hour. I think it was only 20 minutes. PA was great & explained what was wrong/reasons for certain symptoms.

All my visits here have been very good. My family and I travel over 30 miles just to come here, because of the fast and great care we receive here.

Dr. Anderson and his team treated my 4 year old daughter with so much care and respect. They were compassionate and took the time to talk me through every step of our appointment. I cannot recommend them enough and I am very grateful we had such great care.

Dr. Brianna and nurse Evelyn have made our experience a better one coming out from the consultation. As a mother , I had all my questions and doubts fully answered , without hesitation Dr. Brianna was diligently working. Evelyn was very attentive with my children , she offered my girls a sticker and that to kids is a big reward they appreciated. Brianna is the best! She was attentive listening to my issue and assessing my condition. She provided me with the different options while informing me about each. She let me ultimately choose which route I felt was best for me. She is an excellent PA with an exceptional bedside manner and I would recommend her to anyone.

I had been feeling sick for a week now, and was unable to get an appointment with my actual doctor. And because my symptoms were getting worse I decided to try an urgent care center. I am glad I did because I was seen quickly and was given the proper attention. Thank you!

Very patient as my toddler was noticeably in distress. Willing to listen and take the time to give me options for care. I appreciated Paul Anderson’s expert advice as well as the front office staff help at urgent care.

Took my 16 year old son with a raging ear ache. He'd been to another urgent care two days prior and was not feeling any relief. We were both greeted by Kevin with a handshake. He had empathy, was very thorough, and listened well. He put a wick in my boy's ear so the medication could get in and also to relieve the pressure. After being in pain for days he is finally feeling better. We are very grateful to Kevin and appreciate his service. My boy said he's a stand up guy and appreciated the handshake.

Very friendly staff, they care about you personally. Very clean office, and didn’t have to wait very long to see the doctor. The doctor was knowledgeable, and he listened to my concerns. It seems like some places you go, the doctor does not care what you think, they just want to get onto the next patient and it wasn’t like this here at Express Lane. Express Lane UC is the only UC I will go to. I would like to thank them all, they’re a great team!

I went in with just awful neck pain due to a herniated disc's in my neck and a pinched nerve..when I first went to express lane my pain was a 10..it was misery after I left my pain was a 2..the ladies there from intake to exit were so nice and helpful and caring..they actually cared,which is rare these days..i had such a great night sleep..thank you guys so much..i love you guys

I went in to take both my children, first time ever going to an urgent care and the visit was quick. The provider that saw my kids was very nice and paid attention to everything I said, explained well and interacted with both my children well also. Had their medications sent in within an hour to our pharmacy. I felt like he provided really good care. The waiting area is super small with 5 chairs, but luckily I didn’t wait more than 15 minutes to be called back. If I ever needed to come back to an urgent care I would come back here... hopefully attended by the same provider. All the staff seemed nice also.

When I didn't understand my diagnosis she took time to explain and even show me pics of what I had going on.

I had a great visit. I was in and out in just 30 minutes. Dr. Hopkins was nice and friendly and professional. She gave me some good advice along with a couple prescriptions for meds to help me get over being sick. My visit was fast, productive and convenient.

I was suffering from an ear ache and was seen same day without an appointment. I picked up my medication an hour later. Great place and great staff.

They are just amazing and they know how to treat their patients

I had rushed my 2 year old to the hospital because he kept running a fever & he seemed to have trouble breathing. We were in the hospital for 6 hours and they said that he was okay & that he “might” have a virus and sent him home with ibuprofen. The same day, I kept monitoring him, his breathing seemed to get worse and worse, I decided to take him to urgent care. The doctor to seen my son immediately knew something wasn’t right, my sons airways were closing up & he had to get a shot and also a breathing treatment. I was so thank to the doctor who Actually seemed to care and know a lot more than the hospital. Thanks to him my son is doing a lot better today. I 100% recommend urgent care and doctor Paul Anderson.

This is the second time I take my son, within the last month and both times we've had a great experience. Staff is friendly and the service is fast and efficient. It's lovely to be able to make an appointment at an urgent care.

The VA advised me to go here to get an injection for severe back pain. I was seen quickly and done in less than an hour. Staff was friendly.

I couldn't have been treated any better, from the billing department to the front office and of course Barb. After not knowing what to expect of my first visit to a Urgent Care facility, I was pleasantly pleased.

The experience I had with patti was so wonderful! I had been sick going on four days worth with me trying to get myself better and I just couldn’t figure out what was going on with me. I knew I had to go to express lane to get some extra help. The staff is always so kind and helpful especially when your feeling your worse. I met patti this visit and she was just as amazing! She is so sweet and kind and knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I needed to get me feeling better and on the right track. I would still be struggling if it wasn’t for her. I am so thankful and appreciative to have a great place like this to come to. Thank you everyone!!!

It was wonderful. I arrive a 6:00p.m. (they close at 6:30 p.m.) and they still seen me. Staff was super friendly and professional. Most definitely will coming here instead of the hospital for anything else. Oh and I forgot to mention I was out before they closed and there was other people in front of me as well.

Fast, informative, and caring.

After a week of being very sick. I went in on a Sunday as soon as they opened. They saw me almost immediately. They gave me a breathing treatment and plenty of prescriptions and within a week, I was feeling so much better. They are very busy so an appointment is best.
